WHO AM I?:

I’m Ray Mule, and I’m running for City Council because Cape Coral needs accountability, financial discipline, and smart growth.

Right now, too much of the burden is falling on our residents—and that’s not sustainable. We must get back to basics: strong infrastructure, public safety & responsible budgeting.

My career has been built on creating systems, managing critical operations, and solving complex financial challenges – the same skills our city needs today.

I will work to:
• Prioritize what matters most to residents
• Strengthen our commercial tax base
• Protect the people who already call Cape Coral home

BACKGROUND:

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY
• Attended Xavier High School (Jesuit / Military, founded 1847)
• BBA, Pace University, NYC
• Began career at IBM (1981)
• Technology Group – Chase Manhattan Bank, Shearson Lehman Hutton, Merrill Lynch
• Vice President, National Sales Group – Merrill Lynch (1994)
• Co-founded early dot-com initiatives for Merrill Lynch Private Client Group
• Vice President, International Sales (startup leadership role)
• Real Estate Broker (NJ) – 20 years following a 9/11 career change (2001)
• Fully retired in 2020 (No active licenses nor other RE holdings beyond my primary residence)

• Knights of Columbus – 3rd Degree
• Youth Girls Soccer Asst Coach – 8 years
